Template Bugs

Drawing templates have a bug in them. After creating a template in any drawing tool, it will not delete when you decide you don't want that one. It will temporarily delete, but after refreshing the browser or waiting for the next day, the templates return. Furthermore, after creating new templates, they are not saved properly. Example, I saved a rectangle with a certain color, and when I go to use it the following day, it is only coming up as the default rectangle even after loading the new template. Topstep Support, you can take a look at my rectangle templates and you'll notice only 3 actually work, (Bearish FVG, Bullish FVG, and the Open-Midnight) the others I have tried deleting with no success for more than a few weeks now as they are not saving with the color changes or outline preferences.
