The dragging of multiple charts doesn't work properly

In a multiple charts layout, if you want to be able to drag all charts together so that they move altogether in unison, you have to tick the “Date Range” button in the layout dropdown menu.

Right now this functionality is basically broken:

In a 2 charts layout for example (this is what I use), when you move a chart, the other one sticks to some kind of anchor point on the right and just stretches, instead of moving left or right following the “master” chart.
