1.There are too few ways to contact manual customer service and the waiting period is long.
2. Is it possible to provide more Chinese customer service to serve our group’s problems?
3.Is it possible to open a ticket in Discord and create a sub-area responsible for 1V1 contact channels for timely problem solving for users with problems? Instead of having to use the windy robot and then contact the official customer service staff via email to solve the problem?
