I only trade NQ so this issue may be specific to NQ. But from what I can see, 1 tick is equal to 1 cent instead of 25 cents. So one dollar/point/handle would be 100 ticks instead of 4 ticks. When setting up long/sell position it obviously completely screws up the expected risk per trade. Or measuring the distance between prices is also incorrect. As well as making it hard to chart specific levels as they come up as 1/100 instead of 1/4 of a dollar/point/handle. Not sure why/how this happens as the charts are coming from Tradingview but it is happening and shouldn't be. Its not really something I want to think about or calculate when I need to make decisions instantly while trading.
For the time being, as a workaround after trading a few hours, I have created long/short templates with the correctly calculated tick value but I shouldn't have to do this.
