Topstepx Data Issues

From my experience in using Topstepx since the launch there has been a large difference in candles when compared to trading view. I understand that the data providers are different and they won’t be the same. But the price that the topstepx candles are at, are way off. But the main issue I am having as of now, is the data in general.

I understand you can barely even see the daily candle, so I drew the arrow to help. Yes, there is a daily candle there. I can’t post the zoomed in picture for some reason, but I do have it. This is a major issue as I along with other people use daily and weekly candles for charting my levels and this doesn’t allow you to do so at all. Even more its incorrect data. I have to chart all my daily zones on trading view and transfer the exact levels to topstepx tediously just to be able to trade properly. I understand that there are times when data can get messed up, but it is way too often. When comparing the daily gaps of Topstepx to Tradingview, the levels are not close at all, some daily candles don’t even exist on topstepx, instead some large gaps. I can provide images but it doesn’t let me post further images. Even with all this, I prefer topstep as a futures platform, but if you are going to have these issues, can you please allow topstepx to be able to trade on trading view? Such as tradovate? You still get paid, and I can still chart proper data.
