Trade direction block

I would like to see an option in the risk settings that blocks trade direction.

When having a strong bias in either direction, I would like to block being net long or net short to give me a firmer framework when experiencing FOMO and similar emotions.

The feature should not block buying or selling to scale in and out, but it should block being either net long or net short.
