Trade setting for adding positions

Hi - I need help with trade settings, it seems like the trade management guideline sent by someone else didn't really help. I had an entry at 18286 to the sell side. I had a sell stop to add on more contracts thinking my Entry line would move half way point. Instead it brought my entry to 18219, which is where the sell stop was entered. I might as well have exited my last trade and just started a new one. I've had my settings in the past in other platforms to where it works out the normal way, I've never seen a trade brought to an entry like that, normally brings half way.
