Trading Plan Tool

I’d like to propose adding a new Trading Plan Tool to our internal trading platform. I believe this feature would significantly improve how we create, manage, and track our trading strategies. Here’s what I have in mind:

1. Text-to-Tickbox Conversion:

   • Functionality: I’d like to have the ability to input my trading plan as plain text, with the system automatically converting each line or bullet point into a tickbox item.

   • Benefit: This would simplify the organization of trading plans and ensure that each component of the strategy is clearly outlined and trackable.

2. Editable Tickboxes:

   • Functionality: After conversion, I should be able to edit each tickbox item—changing the text or reordering items as needed. It would be great if changes are saved in real-time.

   • Benefit: This would provide the flexibility to quickly adjust my plans in response to new insights or market conditions.

3. Popup Modal for Trading Plans:

   • Functionality: I’d like to see a small button that brings up a popup modal displaying my current trading plan. The modal should allow me to view and interact with the plan easily.

   • Benefit: This feature would allow me to review my trading plans without leaving my current workspace, making the process more efficient.

Use Cases:

• Creating New Plans: I could draft and organize my trading strategies more easily using the text-to-tickbox conversion.

• Editing Existing Plans: It would be straightforward to update or reorder tickbox items to keep my trading plan up to date.

• Reviewing Plans: The popup modal would provide quick access to my plans for frequent review and adjustments.

Requirements:

• The conversion should support basic text formatting like bullet points and numbered lists.

• The popup modal needs to be responsive and easily accessible from different parts of the platform.

• Changes made to tickbox items should be reflected in the trading plan modal and saved automatically.

Benefits:

• This feature would streamline the process of creating and managing trading plans.

• It would enhance productivity by providing an organized and interactive way to track strategies.

• The quick-view option through the popup modal would improve accessibility and ensure I stay on track.
