We need the right-hand toolbar like regular TradingView

We are missing all of the features that come with the right-hand toolbar on regular TradingView. These missing features notably include the object tree.

Ideally, the right-hand toolbar could be hidden in the same way that we can hide the drawing toolbar on the left in TopstepX, i.e. by clicking on the "show drawings toolbar" arrow.
