What is this sh*t?

why is there a candle at 16:59 time on MNQZ2024 that goes from 19418 to 19650 on TOPSTEPX, i don’t understand in tradingview with the CME data in MNQZ2024 there is no such candle, it messed my trading, do we trade with other data provider or what ? normally in futures market everyone has the same price points same Open High Low Close, can someone please answer
