Why can't I see my orders on the chart

I’ve seen other people ask about this as well, but nobody has answered at all, but after I place an order, or even limit orders on the chart, they do not show up, and I just have to mentally visualize they’re there while watching my UP&L to see what I’ve made or lost. The actual order line that says exactly where I entered is invisible, and I’ve tried resetting my chart, but it doesn’t work.
