Wrong execution of risk settings on my account in TopstepX

Hi guys,

Unfortunately I have a problem with execution of risk settings on my account in the platform TopstepX. I spent a week connecting and describing the problem with agent assistant Jose even with level 2 team and still can’t find the understanding.

I am using risk position in my trading, in other words autostop, which you can find in the platform TopstepX - Settings - Risk Settings - Risk Position. I set it up on 30 USD but for some reason it’s always executed by 40 USD. Example, I would like to buy 1 contract GC (gold) using limit order on 2200.0, so in that case with my risk position 30 USD, it should be autocreate stop order on the price 2199.7 but the platform creates stop order on the price 2199.6 - 40 USD not 30 USD as I set it up. And all the orders work in this way. It goes many weeks and nothing changing.

I sent describing videos in the chart and by email as well to the assistant and examples of a couple of orders - no understanding.
