Agreed on this feature request fix. No way to tell best time of day of trade results exported with gmt time zone instead of user time zone

@rhs603tt can you please update the Title to include words like "Not convert to GMT" that you have included in the description? That way this gets noticed more, IMHO

This conversion to GMT (God Knows why!) is screwing up import in to Journaling software. And more importantly, what kind of code does that? Why can't the import process just use the time zone it shows on the trades tab?
