How do I add the bid/ask size to my DOM?

I'm looking to add the bid/ask size to my DOM, I have level II data enabled but I can't seem to view the bid/ask size. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm referring to. This is what the DOM usually looks like:

      I would like to see the Last Traded Quantity as an additional column in the DOM next to the Ask Size column.

      THIS IS GOLD and maybe the option to be able to move columns on the ladder like if I want to move the vol prof. to the other side of the ladder, I should be able to move it!! if we can somehow get a similar ladder to TT, CQG, or t4, that would be awesome!
