Chart panel features

Please fix the sync options listed in the panel drop down when we use more than one panel layouts. Date range never shows the same date range in following panels when you move the main panel around to see historical data. It’s inconvenient and then you have to move the other panel just to align the main one and then it all goes out of sync again.
