Custom time restricted risk settings

It could be useful to allow for custom time slots to be restricted using the risk settings. For example… if you know you typically dont perform well between 11:30 and 2:30 but find yourself still getting sucked into trading during this time period, you could create a restricted time slot in the risk setting that will lock you out and not allow you to place any trades during that period.
