Risk management improvements

Need to have the ability to lockout with an option to close open trades or leave them open with SL and TPs already set. I dont like to trade NY session so the lockout feature for that specific session is great but if I have a trade open when the NY session starts the system should lock me out but leave the trade open

Another great addition would be to add a feature that would allow only a certain number of losing trades. For instance, if I lose 2 trades in a row lockout hits.
