Separate DOM / Order Card settings

Allow separate DOM & Order card settings for the same symbol and different symbols.

Example of problem

1. Want to see the DOM LVL2 for ES but trade MES

2. When I have ES selected in the DOM and MES in the Order Card I can’t hide all the buttons, etc… on the DOM bcuz when I do it hides them on the order card for MES

3. Then I am stuck trading on the chart.

Unless I am missing something.
